| Payment timing | When you arm a commitment, a hold (authorization) for the stake is placed on your card. It is captured only if you report that you missed. If you report done, or never report before the hold nears expiry, the hold is released and nothing is charged. |

| Returns and cancellation | There is nothing to return. You can cancel for free during the short undo window (a few seconds) right after arming. Reporting done releases the hold in full, so you pay nothing. If you were charged in error, email us within 14 days of the charge and we will correct it. Nothing on this page or in the Terms limits rights the law gives you. |
